We are delighted to welcome you to our new establishment in Cognac, a concept restaurant at the crossroads of two exceptional universes: a friendly canteen at lunchtime and a trendy cocktail bar for dinner. The whole team of Konoisseur awaits you from Monday to Saturday in a refined and warm decor just a step away from the market of Les Halles de Cognac.
The Concept
For the opening of our restaurant and cocktail bar, we are producing a series of video episodes to present the concept, follow the progress of the work and share with you the work of the craftsmen.
A Market Kitchen
Welcome to our restaurant, where market cuisine is the epicenter of trendy gastronomy. We don’t play with food, we celebrate it with style and panache. Imagine sipping handcrafted cocktails created by passionate bartenders, while enjoying dishes made from fresh, local ingredients. Yes, that’s what we offer: a culinary experience reserved for discerning connoisseurs who seek authenticity in every bite and sip.
The Menu
From lunch with colleagues at noon, to plates to share with friends in the evening, come and spend a convivial moment in all simplicity.

from 12pm to 2:30pm
During the week, we offer a daily menu, created and worked daily by the chef Maxence Moreau.
The menu is voluntarily reduced to two choices, based on fresh and gourmet products for a well-made and healthy cuisine.

The Evenings
Monday to Saturday
From 6pm to 2am
Every evening, we offer you a friendly menu with a selection of dishes and plates to share.
A creative and relaxed cuisine that you can accompany with a cocktail, a glass of wine or a refreshing local beer.

the world of spirits and mixology mingles with the kitchen. Here we give pride of place to creativity, flavors and experiences The team of bartenders will delight you with recipes using ingredients from the French terroir.
