The Origins restaurant, renowned for its creative cuisine and daring pairings, is inaugurating a new concept in Cognac: an open-table gastronomic dinner in an intimate, privileged setting, in the presence of chef Maxence Moreau and mixologist Germain Canto.
The first dinner will be held on Thursday 20 February on the first floor of Origins, in its private room, a showcase dedicated to culinary and sensory experiences.
This evening will feature an exclusive menu prepared with care, where each dish will be designed in harmony with a carefully selected beverage pairing. The Origins team wants to offer an experience where gastronomy becomes an adventure, a suspended moment where audacity and emotion come together.
The menu, devised for the occasion, will be unveiled that evening, guaranteeing total immersion and a voyage of discovery through plates and glasses.
