Our version of the Lobster Roll

The lobster roll is the lobster hot dog that originated on the
East Coast of the United States.

At Origins, we’ve remixed it our way. A classic
revisited, with a bold flavour.
We’ve created a short, straightforward and effective menu.
Each recipe is prepared to order, in toasted brioche bread,
with carefully selected ingredients.

Here, the bread is warm, the toppings are generous, and the
street food has character.

The Origins Food Truck is more than just a mobile service:
it is a natural extension of our venue. Its design, materials, colours and logo reflect our raw, authentic and artisanal universe.

Even on the road, the Origins spirit remains recognisable at first glance:
